Level 20..What now?
Hi guys, I'm now a level 20 D/? and I've yet to really do much.
My real question is what to do at level 20? I've got the armor that i want, so what do i do now? I'm not much of a PVP'er and pretty stuck on what to do. |

Most people are. well you can start working on titles, farm FoW or UW for cash for some vanity armor, help members of your guild with things, chat with people. Getting to level 20 in guild wars is kinda like getting a job, the excitement of getting you your position is over, welcome to the real world.

If you just got to level 20, you've just basically started the game. There's a ton of PvE waiting before you complete.
Forget about level now, it's irrelevant to gameplay. You've only just begun. |

You are supposed to forget that there is max level and just have fun.
You know, doing stuff because you enjoy it, not because game gives you some grind goal. |

If your Dervish just got 20, he hasn't finished the game. Give that a try. Vanquish. Get Protector titles. Just go play. Forget the whining threads about level 20 not being high enough... that's what this thread really is in stealth. |

Almost everything in the game is left to do, if you just hit level 20 in Nightfall.
Unless the only way you can enjoy the game is to see your character get more powerful. If thats the only thing you take pleasure in, you're SOL. You might enjoy Prophecies more, it has slower leveling. Or some other game even. |

For me, when you reach LV20, it means that you have finished your training with a profession and have the tools necessary to be useful in many areas.
But if MSecorsky is right, then what's the point of this thread? |

Edit: This didn't take the first time, but here's the rest of the post: I even remember when I hit level 20 and hearing it was the cap. I just thought, "Wow; that's it? That sucks..." Last edited by Tarun; May 24, 2007 at 11:52 PM // 23:52.. |

IMHO, reacing level 20 is just the beginning of GW, especially in Nightfall and factions. Now it's time to get on with the game, finish out the story-line, and have some serious fun!
GW is all about skills, not level. Get as many skills as you can and try out new & different skill combinations to see how well you can stand up against the various creatures you'll come up against. (Don't worry, you won't be limited to only being usefull for Drok's runs if you take the time to master your craft with the skills available to your Dervish) |

I'd suggest rounding out your skill selection and working to improve your play tactics, as mentioned by Kook~NBK~. Since level 20 in Elona is mainly based in Istan, you still have 80% of the map to explore and missions to do, plenty left for your future enjoyment. When you finish with that, you can try Cantha or Tyria (if you own the corresponding chapters) and see what they have to offer. If you are just tired of being a Dervish, start another class (probably a nontanking class) to give yourself a different perspective on the game.
